Dear Lists, Some years ago I had permission to copy this list of women who came on the Strathfieldsaye in 1834 and published them in a small booklet. I have over the years received many enquiries and information regarding these women and I am wiling to place them on a database (as I do for the convict women on the Anson) Some of these women married convicts/exconvicts as well as free men and the one I have just received married an exconvict who later owned a pub before going to the Victorian Gold Fields. I am sure there are many othe stories out there just as interesting so please if you would like them recorded let me know.
