Immigration Agent, Toowoomba: register of immigrants, 11 Apr 1864 to 28 Nov 1878 [Qld State Archives: A/13553]. In most cases the register gives the date; immigrant's name, age and calling; depositor's name (the person who applied for a passage certificate for the immigrant); and the deposit paid. Up to and including 10 Jul 1866, the country where the immigrant was living is usually stated.
