Hi all, Old Newsaper Extracts from The Queenslander [ news Budget } 15 Dec 1917 [page 15] I probably shouldn't be doing this as the page of this paper is so old and brittle with most of the contents missing. But as with all things old I think I can extract enough info so that it maybe of help to others. At least those seeking information on a name can access the paper through the Qld State Archives. I must STRESS though that I have no further info other than what is being posted here. The names below have been involved in World War 1 and appears to be a List of those injured and/or killed. For further information perhaps the Commonwealth War Graves would be a great place to confirm what I have written. http://www.cwgc.org/cwgcinternet/search.aspx or http://www.awm.gov.au/database/roh.asp I have looked at both sites and was able to find that Horace HULL [ 2nd site listed ] died of wounds. The rest of the names must be a List of injured. Perhaps someone will have more success than me. My main reason for taking the time to type this up is that there are men from other Countries involved and printed.
