Names for Australia are: Deuble, Holzwarth (lots), Uhlmann, (some are currently living in Ashfield, Sydney), Weiss & Weissmann. There is always the possibility some came from America, later. 1. This CD-ROM is comprised of records from the seven-volume series entitled The Wuerttemberg Emigration Index, compiled by Trudy Schenk and Ruth Froelke. The records in this collection roughly span the years 1717-1917. (Number of records for each year and area vary; there are records included both before and after these dates, but they are sparse.) Although the majority of areas in Wuerttemberg are represented, use caution in assuming that any database is a "complete" set of records. Since the records cover 200 years and were originally compiled by a third party, it is difficult to absolutely verify the completeness and validity of the data.
