    3. Hi All I would dearly love some help please. Was going through old files (well, I started but it's a massive task) trying to find some stuff for a friend who is looking for TOPP. Well it's here somewhere and should be in the GIESEMANN file, but I was stopped when a 'missing link' was found - yep, I'm always missing out on stuff! These pages are un-dated photocopies taken from an Education Mail supplement of the Courier Mail quite a few years ago. From what is here, it could well be the Mt Gravatt School Centenary story. "A short history of the Mount Gravatt area" is one article and just above it are some words of another article including "In 1974 Mount Gravatt State School celebrated its 100th anniversary.". On another page is a list of pupils. Yes -------- course they include our GIESEMANNs!! Silly! On the page with the pupils' listing, the original paper has been folded over for the photocopy, and "SDAY, MARCH" has been copied. I also came across a photocopy of a page of Laidley South School enrolments 1882/3. When we visited the new school, trying to get info similar to the Hatton Vale and Forest Hill books, we were told it was the Laidley North/Plainland School and they didn't have any books - all went to the library. So we missed out on Laidley South or are our stories mixed up? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks Bev
