William WHOULEY born Co Cork, Ireland married Mary BOWEN Their son ~ Denis WHOULEY born 1840 Ireland married 07.11.1865 Anne RYAN born 1842 Ireland Children ~ John born 06.08.1864 William born 04.08.1866 Mary Ann born 27.12.1868 Anne born 25.09.1871 Joseph 16.10.1872 Michael born 12.11.1873 James Francis born 17.02.1875 David born 06.08.1876 Bridget Agnes born 06.10.1878 Helena born 05.03.1880 Annie Theresa born 05.04.1887 Mary Ann married Charles Henry Patrick BEESTON and they had 9 children of which I am aware. This is the line from which Carmel Ann KERLIN (nee KENT) 'emerged'. This lady is married to David's cousin Trevor KERLIN.
