Hello all, I was reading an old copy of 'Die Zietung' which had an article with examples from microfische & printed copies of 'Transmission of Real Estate by Death' 1878-1889 (wills I guess). Could someone please tell me where these fische are available from or if they are still available? Here are the names mentioned in the article. There are more details if anyone wants them. Hannah Louise SCHMIDT of German Station, died 15 Dec 1865. Claimants were Wilhelmine WESTPHAL, Maria MEWING, Caroiline HUMBURG, Louise FRANZ, Frederica SCHMIDT & Christian SCHMIDT. Christoph KRONKE aka KRANAKA of Toowoomba died 19 Dec 1875. Claimant was Eva KRONKE widow. Carl CHRISTOFFEL of Logan River died 16 Sep 1881. Claimant was August CHRISTOFFEL. August RAMDOR of Fassifern died 13 April 1886. Claimant was Ottilie HOHENHAUS. Gottlieb LOBEGIER of Logan died 10 Sep 1867. Claimants were Wilhelmine SCHNEIDER & Johannes LOBEGIER. I sent this information to the Qld Archives and they didn't know what it meant. Doesn't sound like a reference to the Govt Gazette... or does it?
