I have the certificates in front of me and they are headed by.MARINE REGISTER OF DEATHS and have all the relevant information and on the bottom of the certificate it has "hereby certify that this is a true copy of an entry in a register kept in the Queensland State Archives Issued at Brisbane 22 Oct 1999. I live out of Melbourne so I cannot readily go and look for you name in the records. Maybe some body has the Queensland deaths and Births CD rom at home and could look up your names.
