Hello, The only GIERKE'S I have recorded in my notes [and their not my family] are as follows: Wilhelm Freidrich , farmer aged 30, born Wilsonton, son of August Friederich Wilhem GIERKE farmer [dec] and Therese Mathilda WOLFGRAMM married on the 21 jan 1917 at the Lutheran Church, Glencoe to Louisa Berths KANOWSKI aged 22 years born Glencoe and being the daughter of Gottfried KANOWSKI , farmer and Louisa JOSEWSKI. Witnesses to the marriage were Frederick KANOWSKI and Mathilda GIERKE. ----------------------------------- Albert Heinrich GIERKE, farmer aged 35 years, born Wilsonton, son of [as above] married on the 14th April 1926 at Lutheran Christ Church, Highfields to Sophie Louise OTTO, aged 22 years, born Cawdor and daughter of Max Frederick Carl OTTO, farmer, and Ottilie Caroline PATZWALD.
