Hi all, I am researching the VANDERSEE family. Originally there were in Charters Towers I believe and then settled further south. Is there anyone out there researching the same family? My husband's grandmother was Maria Bertha Matilda Vandersee born on the Reichstadt on the way to Australia in 1876 I believe. Her mother was Amelia or her father was Gottlieb or similar. The phone book has plenty of Vandersee names but haven't a clue whether they are related. Perhaps this might get a response. Kind regards, Loretta Everingham
