Dear Listers Being motivated I have just included a listing of the Books published dealing with History of the Mackay and Pioneer Valley area. Please note I have only started so it is not comprehensive but will give you an idea of what has been published and contains details of Local History , Families Etc. I have endeavoured to include a paragraph on each book giving a general overview and a picture of the cover in case you are looking for it. I will endeavour to update this list on a regular basis as I scan more covers and obtain more books etc.....Most are available through the Mackay City Library so if you live in Queensland you may be able to get them through the interlibrary loans...
