Hello Dell & Noel On Qld. Roll 1881-1884 there is a Carl EMPE at Cabbage-Tree Creek, Enogerra. Having a look around FamilySearch, these spellings come up for "Emke": EMPKE EHMKE EHMCKE (Schleswig Holstein) EHMCK EHMKE Using Wildcards on Digger CD - there's a marriage in Brisbane 23 July 1876 of Christian Friedrich EHRKE to Maria Wilhelmine Louise EHRENREICH and on that same CD some of their children up to 1889. EMKE = EHMKE = EHRKE?
