Hello List. How long does it normally take to get certificates back? I sent away for 4 certificates approx 3 weeks ago. Faye

We recently ordered two certificates, by mail. One arrived after 5 weeks, we sent an email inquiring about the second and it arrived in the 6th week. We have also heard from a number of people, that if you go in to the office in George St personally and order the certificate, you can return the next day to pick it up. (no extra charge involved).
