Hi all .. I am wondering if someone could help me please ? I have been hunting for the death of my GG grandfather from SEQ.. His name was Carl Franz Herman Zeller born about 1830 in Magdeburg Germany/Prussia. Arrival on the Susanne Goddefroy Jan 1864 (as Hermann ZELLE)... He married Wilhelmine Koenke (or Kohnke) ... 1869/C317 Zelle Herrmann Koenke Wilhelmina .. After that I have the children's births up to 1881... (ALL Zellers) Their son William Herman died in 1879.. and no more information on Carl (or Hermann) .. he died sometime between 1880 and 1898... As his wife Wilhelmine Zelle/r remarried in 1898 to Edwin WEBBER in Warwick.. and she was pronounced 'widow' .... I cannot find ANY information on Carl's death .. I am wondering if there might have been some information on Wilhelmine's marriage cert ? Or would she have had to 'prove' she was a widow ?
