    3. Hello Jennifer, I'm not sure St Marks was in use in 1926 or even 1929. From the Chapel Hill headstone site it says :- (GSQ indexed St Mark's Evangelical Lutheran cemetery burial register running 1939-1985). Pastor Doehler was associated with some of my ancestors who are buried at Bethel Lutheran Cemetery. Without a headstone it is a bit of guess work, would the Esk Shire Council help out to check for burial's at the General Cemetery. If there is a burial book for Bethel - perhaps the local lutheran church might be able to look it up. Just a couple thoughts. Warm Regards, Charmaine. Pastor LudwigDoehler at burial Date: Wed, 15 Dec 2010 16:27:30 +1100 Hi All I have two death certificates for husband and wife Johann Carl and Louise Clara DREWS. Johann's certificate says he was buried 25 Nov 1926 in "Lowood Lutheran Cemetery" with L Doehler as Lutheran minister. Louise's certificate says she was buried 8 September 1929 in "Lowood" with H Wallat as Lutheran minister. Ludwig Doehler was the informant. I don't believe there are headstones for either. Can anyone suggest which Lutheran Cemetery - Bethel or St Marks Johann would be buried in; and if Louise would have been buried in either of those or at Lowood General Cemetery?
