Found in the Maryborough Chronicle dated 30th December, 1890: Henry WEDEMEYER, of a well known Burnett family, aged 26, a married carrier of Eidsvold, and a selector on Walla, was thrown from his horse on Saturday evening and killed on the spot. He was buried on Sunday. The funeral procession was a quarter of a mile long, and a most distressing scene occurred at the grave. Janet
