If anyone is interested in this book, it is available in 18 libraries, so it may be in one near you http://trove.nla.gov.au/work/19030285 I would also point out that this book is apparently out of copyright. This means there is nothing to stop anyone from scanning and uploading the pages to the WWW. Kerry
