I had a look at the Passenger List for the Johan Cesar voyage that arrived 1852 and found - Anton NEDER, aged 22, Vinedresser; Native Place - Werback, Baden; Parents: Michael (dead) and Margaritta (Mother) on Board; Religion - R.C.; Read or Write - Both; Relatives in the Colony - None; State of Bodily Health: Good; Remarks by Immigration: Six pounds Gertraude NEDER, age 24, Wife; Native Place - Hockhauser, Baden; Parents: Andreas and Francisca - both dead; Religion - R.C.; Read or Write - Both; Relatives in the Colony - None; State of Bodily Health - Good; Gertraude NEDER, age 3, Daughter; Native Place - Hockhauser, Baden; Parents: On Board Read or Write - Neither; Relatives in the Colony - None; State of Bodily Health - Good So then I went looking for Margaritta (Mother of Anton) who he stated was on board - the only Margaritta I could find who was of the right age was - Margaretta WOHLFARTH, age 47, Native Place - Werbach, Baden Parents: Andrew and Eva (both dead) Religion - R.C.; Read or Write - both Margaretta is the wife of - John George WOHLFARTH, age 46, Vinedresser Native Place - Herback, Baden Parents: Valentin & Eva (both dead) Religion - R.C.
