    3. Lorrae I have found a good idea is to create a mail folder called 'Save items'. On receiving mail I check it, delete any 'junk' & transfer all other stuff to the 'Save items' folder. This keeps the inbox clear for new mail to be sorted. At my leisure I work through the saved items. I never delete any 'Saved item' & they just mount up (they take up little space on the hard drive). This becomes my archive. This procedure might also save any problems caused by concerned PC owners with nimble fingers.
