Hi I've recently found out that my great great grandfathers family came from Prussia. The surname (and my maiden name) being KRAUSE. We pronounced it CRUISE but obviously it wasn't pronounced that way originally. How do you get CRUISE out of that! Anyway, my great great grandfather was David Thomas William KRAUSE and was born in South Brisbane in about 1881. His parents would have come from Prussia somewhere. He was married to Maud Rosa LONG who was half Chinese and Swiss. It's a bit of a stab in the dark, but I thought I'd give it a go. I appreciate your help. Regards Lisa
