Hi, I have a great-grandfather John Langdon who was born in 1859-1860 in either London or Sussex, but I think London would be the most likely. I have found four John Langdon's arriving in Qld before 1885 when John married Marcella O'brien in Queensland and all of the Johns are the right age, ie. born between 1859-1863. John Langdon age 21 arrived Maryborough aboard "Duke of Athole" on 3 May 1881 John Langdon age 20 arrived Townsville aboard "Hereford" on 25 Aug 1883 John Langdon age 24 arrived Townsville aboard "Duke of Devonshire" on 12 Jul 1884 John Langdon age 20 arrived Brisbane aboard "Devon" on 5 Feb 1879 Are any of these shipping lists on-line to search or does anyone have access to the passenger lists for these ships to see if there is any further information on these people so that I can work out which John is mine?
