I can recommend "The Mayne Inheritance". A great read. Didn't help us find the Kangaroo Point Cemetary where my Great Great Grandfather was apparently buried, though. Found his wife at Bulimba in an unmarked grave, once we corrected the funeral director's spelling error. The sexton has the Toowong records on his computer and knows whether other cemetery records exist. He said the Paddington cemetery records were lost in a flood. They were divided by denomination and each church had there own. He also said there were not many reinterments from there in Toowong.
