Hi Listers, My husband would like to get a copy of his grandparents wills. Both died around 1960 in Brisbane (I have there actual dates on file). I have accessed wills from 1941 and earlier but cann't remember what department I contacted. Also because it is within the 50 year period I don't know whether it is another department anyway. My husbands father was the only child and he died in 1995, so my husband is only one of three grandchildren of the above. Any help in where to go will be much appreciated.
