Hello Allan, I have just visited 85 Pear Street. I spoke to the resident to seek consent for a photo, and she informed me that the original house on the site was demolished and the current house was moved on the site in the recent past (10 years ?), so while the house looked the right vintage, it came from an adjoining suburb.
