I suspect you are looking at the 1925 electoral roll, not the census (as none are available for Queensland). I checked the 1922 and 1934 electoral rolls and there is no sign of her. But, remember, with electoral rolls, you have to 21 years old to be listed, so she might not appear on earlier rolls because she is too young and she may not appear on later rolls if she has married and changed her name.
