    3. Hi Robyn, Some Qld assisted migration records were lost in floods (1893?) including some from early 1860's, so this is possible in your case. If so, then you may still find them in passenger lists. I managed this for 2 of my 1860's arrival families where the immigration records are lost. If you can get to Qld State Archives in Brisbane, they have an immigration card index to films which include passenger lists. Such lists generally have nothing more than names and perhaps ages but certainly better than nothing.
