Hello Doug & Jan. My gt-grandfather Alexander Watson was born in Petty, Inverness in 1836, to Jonathan Watson & Margaret McLean. He was a carpenter. He came to Moreton Bay Qld in 1857. He married Jessie Cameron, then Sophia Tucker after Jessie's death in 1881. Alexander died in 1890. My paternal grandmother was the 8th of 10 chdn of Alexander & Jessie.
