I'm not sure if they are available for QLD but they are for NSW and I found my grandfather listed there as a baker. 1. [AUS-QLD-BRISBANE] James LESLIE b. 1859ish -Ireland to Queensland

    3. Hi all, I am hoping that someone has James LESLIE (b c. 1859 in Ireland) in their family tree. He came to Australia in 1878 with his brother Henry Leslie. They settled around Warwick-Toowoomba initially. Henry left Australia with his wife and children but James stayed behind and was alive in 1911 according to his brother's obituary. I've had a few breakthroughs lately but this bloke is eluding me. All help greatly appreciated. (and will be dutifully reciprocated) Thanks in advance Neil

    3. My husband has John LESLIE , D.O.B. unknown, married to Mary Ann DAY, however, some of their children emigrated to New Zealand . It is thought that James Leslie may be his Father, & also is the name of an eldest son, who remained in Aglish Parish, ( near Killarney ), Co. Kerry. Suggest you look at the 1901 & 1911 census for Co. Down.
