Hi Helen Thanks for the query. I don't think that they had a business and only one son, Alfred William Thomas PETTY seems to have been in Qld during the early 1900's. The family were born there but moved to NSW and Alfred moved back. His mother's family, WARRENER, where still in Brisbane at the time.
