Anyhow, since it is sounded like a Good Idea, I thought I'd give it a go and started by adding a page on my great-grandfather Alfred John Raymond, briefly mayor of Brisbane in 1912. One thing the site does not have yet is a good set of Help pages, but as it is using the same software as Wikipedia, you can use its help pages at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Contents Note that I have some experience with doing Wiki page layout from Wikipedia so I did a few slightly fancy things (subheading and photos). But with most Wiki pages, you just go into edit mode and type in text as you do in email and you will get some reasonably good looking result for your efforts. Wiki is designed to be very simple for the new user, but with the scope to be a bit more sophisticated if you want to take the trouble to learn. If you want some help to get started, give me a yell.
