Valerie, the deth index is on line till 1964, just google historical births deaths and marriages queensland, have you looked at the newspapers on line, for a death certificate, his full name, profession, last known address, parents, age, whee buried, cemetery, who certified certificate, minister, cause of death, married and to whom, children and their ages..
