    3. Would there be anyone who has a photo of "Beach House" Guest house beach side of Hastings St Noosa Heads around the 1940-1950s or know anything about the building. It was situated about where Annabells units are now. Laguna guest house was a little south on the opposite side of the street. It was about 3 floors of timber construction Colin ======= Email scanned by PC Tools - No viruses or spyware found. The two storey weatherboard building backed onto Hastings Street almost directly opposite the site of Laguna House. It catered primarily for family groups and children. In the 1930s it was known as Muller's Beach House, managed by Bert Groom. The business was subsequently acquired by M. Sterling, who sold it to Geoff and Faye Pike from Brisbane in 1954. Fay opened a small hairdressers in one of the rooms. In 1957 the Boreman family became the proprietors. The building was later relined and refurbished as Annabelle's Restaurant. Cheers Lynne
