Hello List, I am asking for some help with this man, JAMES FENELON FAITHFULL. He seems to disapear from any Australian records and I have found this name in some US & CANADA Records on Ancestry. But I do not have the US Ancestry, only the UK & AUS, would someone on the list be able to help to look this up for me please. US City Directories James Fenelon Faithfull Massachusetts US City Directories James Fenelon Faithfull Washington US City Directories James Fenelon Faithfull Hawaii 4 records for Hawaii Canadian City and Area Directories James Fenelon Faithfull. Ontario Hoping it is the one I am looking for, J F F was born in Qld 1883. He is on the Electoral roll in Yangan, Darling Downs in 1905, and is mentioned in his fathers funeral announcement in 1944 when he would be abt 60 years old. Any help would be really appreciated. Wayneann I have a subscription to the World Ancestry.com. The only James Fenelon Faithfull is in Australia which I am sure you have seen I am not sure if you are aware that the Ancestry search engine is not too good for the US City Directories. If there is any or all of the searched words in a short space it will come back as a hit For example there are 2 James Faithfull listings in Hawaii show the following: Hawaii Brewing Corporation LTD Samuel T Hill Pres. Geo. B. Case V-Pres-Treas R.P Faithfull Sec-Dir James A Reid Asst. Treas. Brewers of Premium Beer Kapiolani Blvd. Cor Cooke Tel 6099 You can see that it is an R. P. Faithfull and a James A. Reid that respond to the search for James Faithfull. These entries are the same for two years. 1938 and 1939 The directory for Washington is in Longview, WA in 1940 The entry says: Cascade Way From Ocean Beach Hway and Pennsylvania SW to 15th Ave 2 n of Vandercook Way: 2509 Whitman Harry F. 2527 Adams Cecil R 2533 McCann James D 2541 Faithful Clyde W. 2547 Stalberg, Carl A 2557 Ashley Howard B. The directory for Massachusetts (3000 miles away from Longview WA) Cambridge 1925 Faithfull, George E. Student M. I. T. res at B About 10 listings below George is Fall, Augusta, wid. Of James H. h. 82 Inman. The directory for Toronto Ontario Canada 1888 Edwards, James Several listings below is Carnochan James And just below that is Faithfull, James I wish that these were yours, but you'll have to look elsewhere.
