    3. Hi Colin, yes this was my starting point. However they are only those that could be found in 1914 when the cemetery was being demolished. there are a mere 600 names listed out of at least 10,000 So.. with time I have whittled the list down from over 30,000 deaths in the time frame that the cemetery was open to just over 10,000 that are still not located for certain. If I could scrounge up $40,000 I could get the information from the registrar. Sue. 3. Re the Old Cemetery under what is now know as Suncorp Stadium. There is a full listing of people buried there set out In a Queensland Government about the middle of the 1910s, as the Government contacted known families for them to advise where the persons were to be moved to. It is understood that a lot went to the "new" Toowong/Brisbane General Cemetery" and others were taken to where the families requested. This list if also set out by Religion. I can't remember the exact date of the list but do recall seeing it, I know we had a copy from the Gazette at GSQ rooms but could not find it a while ago when I went looking for one of the members. Are these gazettes on line as I know we have them on our computers, and State Archives have films of the gazettes in their microform room where the computers and printers are located.
