Hi Margaret, According to the 1900 electoral Roll. Fred CATLING was residing at Ripple Creek in the division of Ingham in the district of Herbert. He was 30 years of Age. His occupation was a labourer. Date recieved by registrar 14th November 1898. The Foulger's were indeed living in Cairns more specifically Aloomba. According to the electoral registrar they moved to cairns in 1906. Prior to that Rowland FOULGER was living in Monah Farm in the district of Halifax. I hope this helps Cheers Sue.
