Jocelyn, The historical births deaths and marriages for Queensland are on line, but births only got up to 1914 (fice 1919) marriages 1934 on line and deaths on line till 1964. Some of the Rockhampton Cemeteries are on line just google it,them, also ancestry has the electrol rolls on line. Don't forget the National library of Australia's newspapers on line through trove, nominal rolls at www.22roll.gov.au, korea and Vietnam nominal rolls on line (just google them), www.naa.gov.au Should get you started. What I already know is; He was born in Co Arnagh Nth Ireland in the late 1800's to beginning of 1900's. His parents were Joseph Wilson and Jane nee McBride. He came to Australia and was married to Doris Mabel Busch in 1933 in Queensland. In the 1980 / 1990's he was living at55 Deacon St North Rockhampton Queensland. What I would like to find is his DEATH DATE & PLACE, WHAT CHILDREN HE HAD & IF POSSIBLE CONTACT ONE OF THEM OR FAMILY MEMBERS.
