Hi Kerry Thank you very much for trying to help me sort this out. It really helps to read how other people sees things because then you have other avenues to follow. Today I phoned the Public Trustee in Sydney to ask what other paper work there might be with regard to the Public Trustee administering Charles Intestacy. There's no mention of Charles wife Alice Maud Coles (nee Butler)claiming his belongings etc. I was told that in order for them to look it up it would cost me $100+ - unbelievable!
