Alexander FINDLAY worked in the railways, mainly Rockhampton, 19403/50s is anyone researching this man please? I have references to him from TROVE, his marriage 1911, and a couple of his children.However it is Alexander himself I am looking for. Penne, yes you can apply for his Railway employment records, (my Dad has his), you used to write to the head office at Roma Street Brisbane, they charge. Any appointments went through the Queensland Government Gazettes, check the State Archives of Queensland site and see what dates they have listed. I didn't get my records after I left.
