Hi Val I was having problems, and received this advice today We have identified an issue that is causing this problem and are working on a fix now. In the meantime if you would like to try this...while you are on a search page, hit your "F5" button a few times (6/7), wait until the screen has completely refreshed and the ghost text has reappeared then try your search again.
