Good evening Wynnette: I've tried your suggestion and unfortunately; they either don't have a Land Line or are not in the area searched for? Paradise was mentioned back in 2003. Recently: I was seeking to find rellies in the Bundaberg - 1770 area and then looked for them in Paradise and not finding such a locality; posted my query to the list. Paradise could be as suggested; not a place as such, but an area and if such is the case; where should I be looking? Robert

Hello Robert, If you google Burnett River, then select the Wikipedia site you may get some answers as to what has happened since 2003. The Paradise Dam which was completed in 2005, was named after the old goldmining town of Paradise. Paradise is now submerged under the Reservoir.
