Hello all, Mary Rose Annie Dorothea Kraft married Phillip Gordon in 1902. (Townsville) Phillip died in 1916. Family rumour has it that she then married David William Wilson, possibly about 1923/4 Can anyone help to find if this true? David then was supposedly killed in a railway accident. Jeanette, marriages are online till 1929, have you been through the historical BDM Queensland. If he was killed in a Railway accident, then there would be an inquest - have you tried the State Archives of Queensland? Have you looked through the National library of Australia digitising project for any newspaper clippings? Have you found his death - online till 1929, deaths in Queensland available till 1964. The Railways in Townsville were known as the Great Northern Railway, Queensland Rail located at 502 Flinders Street, Townsville - we used to have a MORGUE for old files, no idea where they went.
