Many of these as well as reporting the nature (and some are not very nice) and statements given regarding the crime also record removals and bastardy cases not listed in the normal sections of the site. There are also Board of Guardians records showing the dealing of the Board regarding folks needing relief, either in money or bread, or both.or being offered a place in the Workhouse. Many of the persons listed came from areas other than Derbyshire, Tibshelf Settlement Examinations has manyreferences to folks from Notts. and other counties.
