I may have missed something, but how are all the helpful people on this site, going to help Norman Archibald.. Norman's story was forwarded on, with no email contact details.. What arrangements have been made for Norman to be advised of these offers and for him to make contact with those willing to help.. How is Annie going to be able to locate Norman and load her software on his computer.. How will the others be able to pass on their findings...
