    3. The Genealogical Society of Qld has done an Index for Nudgee Cemetery, suggest you check the website or the BCC Cemeteries Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: <dhorton@iprimus.com.au> To: <aus-qld@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2009 7:10 PM Subject: Re: [AUS-QLD] Bauple Cemetery > for Tiaro Cemetery: > The indexing hasn't been done yet for this cemetery, so as yet the index > of names link may be broken. > The suggestion is that you use the slideshow feature and flick through all > the photos stopping if you see a name of interest to you. > Click on the first thumbnail on the left, then when the bigger display > comes > up, there is a slideshow on the top right. > (You can further blow up these images to full size by clicking the main > image). > > Nudgee catholic, we haven't photographed at all, and for Drayton only our > family. > > I am not aware of any index with good coverage of Nudgee Catholic. 2. Indeed I should have qualified my comment as on-line resources. GSQ have an exceptional set of burial registers as well as headstone transcriptions. The registers in particular can have entries for which there is no surviving headstone, as well as giving different sets of information. If you can get in to GSQ, do so. As Barbara says there are indices sold by GSQ, e.g. Nudgee is on 14 fiche. Your local history library may have them.
