    3. Janet I see from some Googling that you have been inquiring about these folk for some years. It would help us help you if you could tell us everything you do know about this couple. More information is better as it might supply vital clues that makes it easier to find them. For example, I see you mention Hawaii Avenue in one of your postings, yet you say you don't know if they were long-time residents of Tweed Heads. What do you know about when and where they lived? When working with the electoral rolls, having some clue where people lived makes a lot of amount of searching required. Tracking where they lived is useful as it helps tracked where their son lived with them and where he might have lived after leaving them (people often stay in the same town as they grew up). And, as I understand it, tracing your cousin is your goal here. Where did the info about Hawaii Avenue come from? When/where was their son Peter born? How do you know he is married and has 2 sons etc? Kerry

    3. We are obsessed with privacy with BDM certificates, but the one thing that is not private is the electoral roll. So, if you are coming to Melbourne, go and visit an Australian Electoral Office (must be done in person) and view the electoral rolls (organised by state, then alphabetically within state).
