    3. Thanks Lesley, The copy of letters seeking clemency at NA Kew of Ann Single and Elizabeth states they were probably sisters in law. I believe Elizabeth was married to Ann's brother Daniel Gray. The evidence also states Elizabeth had 2 children and was pregnant with a third.. The trial took place in 1806 at Cambridge Should I send you a copy and paste of this notification? There was a Hannah Gray born to John and Elizabeth Gray in 1813 in NSW who looks more likely to have been sent to the Female Orphan Institution in 1819. In the 1828 NSW Cenus Hannah is listed as being 16 years of age, born in colony, and employed as a servant to William Bruce in Pitt Street.
