    3. Christine You shoudl be able to get information of change of ownership from Land titles office by requesting an historical search of the particular land in which you are interested. Many of the deeds and documents relating to land in NSW when it was under the "Old System" title are now permanently lodged with Land titles office (now known as Department of Lands). There is a fee for the search.
