Website - http://www.landcom.com.au/project/doonsidebungarribee.aspx - From here click on download the concept plan and various associated documents. - Then Volume 2 Appendix D - European Heritage - Two downloads appear - Doonside Residential Parcel (15..48mb) and Parklands Bungarribee Project Heritage Impact (16.36mb) These two downloads give information on Rooty Hill Government Farm, Bungarribee House and Estate (including historical photographs and maps), plus information on the Western Road settlement of Eastern Creek where my forebear William Dean (Hillsborough 1799) was granted land. This information was put together by Godden Mackay Logan - Heritage consultants for Planning NSW into the proposed development of this site for a residential development in approx 2010. It gives specific archaeological details of the sites, their uses and historical details and covers the period from the granting of land in the 1810s through to the current period.
