    3. Hello Joan, Thanks for your trouble, but certainly not the one I am after. "My" Richard Reynolds was born about 1830. I have found a few by the same name, and I am petty sure the one you found was a convict. Unfortunately I am also pretty sure the one I am looking for was not a convict. There was a convict of the same name came on Randolph in 1849 (known as exiles by that time), but think he was the last. My ancestor came a couple of years later, but must have been as a free settler so outside the scope of this list.
