The William Morgan of Concord is my ancestor. William arrived in 1790 as a member of the NSW Corps on the Neptune. He was the husband of Molly Morgan of Maitland fame. He recieved two grants at Concord as noted. He is also one of the 17 NSW Corps members who recieved the joint grant but this was surrendered.   More info available if anyone interested/connected.
